Our Herbal Tea Consultation Package offers a personalized and holistic approach to wellness. This experience includes:
Three Touchpoints Over Seven Weeks
1. Initial Consultation (Up to 60 minutes)
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, current symptoms, and wellness goals. This conversation helps herbalist/ Courtney understand your unique needs and identify the best herbal support for you.
We then pause for one week to allow for careful formulation and deeper reflection.
2. Follow-Up Appointment (45 minutes)
We reconvene to discuss your custom tea blend, including the properties of each herb, proper dosage, and brewing instructions. We’ll also explore lifestyle practices or dietary suggestions that may complement your goals.
3. Six-Week Follow-Up (30 minutes)
This final check-in allows us to revisit your progress, address any changes in your health or routine, and make adjustments to your blend or practices as needed
