Tea For Thought

Tea for Thought

Real Conversations, On Stage

I speak at the intersection of wellness, herbalism, community, and honesty — for audiences ready to go a little deeper than surface-level self-care.

My “Tea for Thought” work has always been about starting real conversations, and that's exactly what I bring to a stage, a panel, or a circle.
