Oat straw Elevating the tea's nutritional content, oat straw brings a wealth of vitamins, including A, C, E, K, and B-complex. Its mineral composition includes iron, calcium, magnesium, silica, and zinc, making it a well-rounded addition to support daily health. Oat straw also has been used to support the nervous systems ability to adapt to stress.
